Intermedia is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own a slice of the AI & Data roadmap for our UCaaS and CCaaS products, collaborating closely with engineering and UX to turn ideas into sharable features.

You will run discovery with customers and stakeholders, shape a prioritized roadmap, write clear requirements, and guide features from concept to launch, using metrics to measure success across globally distributed teams.

Qualificações

• Experience with end-to-end product delivery in a tech/AI environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own a product area within the AI portfolio, defining what to build and why, and partnering with engineering to deliver it.
• Run discovery with customers and stakeholders, shape a prioritized roadmap, write clear requirements, and see features through from concept to launch.
• Use metrics and customer feedback to understand product performance and where to invest next.
• Focus on AI-driven experiences with strong analytical skills, good UI/UX sense, and clear communication.
• Work with globally distributed teams and manage asynchronous communication to deliver results.
