Source Group International seeks a Senior Product Manager for an AI Platform to define the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a scalable platform powering AI-driven solutions for engineering teams.

You will lead with a strong technical background, coordinating with Platform Engineering, Data, AI, Security, and UX to deliver secure, reusable capabilities and measurable outcomes. Lisbon-based, hybrid options available.

Qualificações

• Strong experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager working with technical platforms, developer platforms, infrastructure products, or enterprise software.
• Good understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software engineering.
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps for highly technical products.
• Comfortable working closely with software engineers, architects, platform engineers, data engineers, and AI/ML teams.
• Understanding of AI platforms, LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, MLOps/LLMOps, or GenAI infrastructure would be highly valuable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical teams and senior leadership.
• Data-driven approach to product prioritisation and decision-making.
• Ability to balance technical investment, scalability, developer experience, and business value.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to communicate the business impact of technical platform investments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI platform.
• Identify and prioritise reusable capabilities across products, engineering teams, and AI solutions.
• Own platform capabilities including APIs, shared services, developer tooling, AI infrastructure, orchestration, and internal engineering products.
• Balance long-term platform strategy with immediate product and engineering requirements.
• Partner closely with Platform Engineering, Product Engineering, Data, AI, Security, UX, and Product Management teams.
• Translate complex engineering requirements into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Define platform KPIs around adoption, reliability, reuse, developer productivity, operational performance, and developer experience.
• Evaluate emerging AI and platform technologies and identify opportunities for strategic advantage.
• Drive a platform-first approach, encouraging standardisation and reuse across engineering teams.
• Ensure platform capabilities remain scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business priorities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI Platform to lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a next-generation AI platform. The platform provides the shared capabilities, infrastructure, APIs, and developer services that enable engineering teams to build intelligent applications and AI-powered solutions at scale. This is not primarily a customer-facing product role. You will treat the platform itself as a product, ensuring engineering and AI teams have scalable, secure, reusable capabilities that accelerate development and reduce duplication. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding, platform product management experience, and commercial thinking.
