Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Head of Product Management for LIMS/LIS in Clinical Diagnostics Europe to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery and optimization. You will lead a team of up to six Product Owners and Analysts, balancing business value with compliance and security requirements across a broad European footprint.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Management experience in a complex IT environment.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams of up to six people.
• Experience with Laboratory and/or Clinical Diagnostics is required.
• Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles, from strategy to delivery and improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models such as Scrum and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and value proposition.
• Translate strategy into a clear product roadmap and backlog.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure clear ownership and collaboration.
• Coordinate with IT architecture, security, compliance, and operations teams.
