Fusion Consulting in Lisbon seeks a Senior IT Project Manager for its Quality Lab to lead complex IT projects, ensuring performance and compliance in a regulated environment.

You will plan, execute, and deliver projects, manage budgets/resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement QA processes and ensure DMS/LIMS familiarity.

The role requires PMP, 7+ years PM experience, and knowledge of GxP; join a global, growth-focused firm offering development and mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• 7+ years IT PM experience focusing on QA.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and QA processes.
• Strong IT infrastructure, systems and risk management knowledge.
• Proven delivery track record in complex IT environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with LIMS.
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance.
• Experience with DMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and QA processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams and promote best practices in IT PM.
• Prepare status reports and manage vendor relationships in IT quality lab projects.
• Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS).
