Bain & Company seeks an Expert Senior Manager in Product Management & Innovation to lead human-centered design across omnichannel solutions. You will guide strategy, roadmaps, and execution with engineering, design, and research teams while collaborating with senior clients in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will mentor teams, drive innovation using AI technologies, and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful client solutions across industries.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management with agile, design thinking and software development practices.
• Expert in four lenses: feasibility, viability, desirability, strategy.
• Experience using Gen-AI powered product management tools.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Human-Centered Design Strategy and Product Innovation.
• Set Strategy and delivery of POCs, MVPs, and products.
• Own product planning, roadmaps, and execution.
• Inspire, align, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Build capabilities and drive thought leadership in AIS.
