Bain & Company is seeking a Practice Manager to lead product strategy, innovation, and commercialization for Bain’s B2B Pricing portfolio. This is a strategic, high-visibility role focused on embedding AI and digital capabilities, delivering strong market impact.

You will own the roadmap, work with global case teams, and collaborate with Partners across Marketing, Business Development, and BCN to translate insights into scalable IP and offerings.

Qualificações

• Consulting or professional services background.
• Experience owning a product or offering.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and data-driven decisions.
• 6–10 years total experience; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
