Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Manager in Software Engineering to lead the development of AI-enabled software at scale for global clients. You will guide diverse engineering teams through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with business strategy and value creation.

The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture skills, and experience with cloud-native delivery, containerization, and modern web technologies. Travel is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of end-to-end experience designing, building and maintaining production-grade full-stack applications.
• 4+ years building server-side services using modern frameworks.
• 3+ years of architecting micro-services and CI/CD automation.

Responsabilidades

• Shape & scope client solutions with cross-functional squads.
• Translate capabilities into client-ready product outcomes and roadmaps.
• Own full-stack design, build, and documentation of AI applications and integrations.
• Lead architecture, development, and documentation for scalable software.
• Mentor engineers and drive code quality with automated testing and reviews.
• Travel to client sites as required.
