TeamViewer is seeking a Product Designer to join our engineering and product teams and contribute to designing user-centric experiences across our digital workplace platform.

The role emphasizes end-to-end design delivery, from ideation to pixel-perfect execution, with close collaboration to incorporate user research findings and align with design systems as we scale. A strong emphasis on rapid prototyping and accessibility guides daily work.

Qualificações

• University degree or certification in Product Design, UX design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or related subject.
• Strong UX/UI design experience within a product or software development team.
• Ability to run projects end to end with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential and intuitive user experiences.
• Create detailed prototypes or mockups for new features from ideation to final execution.
• Collaborate with UX Research to understand users and translate findings into roadmaps and iterations.
• Work with developers and product managers to support implementation and answer design questions.

About the Role

As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at TeamViewer. You are a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts, design frameworks and have an innate product and UX/UI sense. You’re a passionate designer interested in learning new things every day and sharing big ideas, but who can fully create a mock and grasp technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftsmanship. You always search for the best design solution even if it means learning a new concept, uncovering new customer opportunities and use cases, and never forgetting that our design is user-centric.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential and intuitive user experiences.
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution.
• Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries to drive your vision to the ship line.
• Support our evolving Design Systems intentionally as we scale.
• Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality.

What You'll Bring

• A university, college degree or certification in Product Design, UX design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or any other related subject.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team.
• Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end.
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces.
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility.
• Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans.
