TeamViewer is seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team in Porto. You will design concepts balancing user needs with business goals and transform ideas into pixel-perfect features.

Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers and developers to ensure design integrity and influence product roadmaps. You will contribute to our design system, prototype ideas quickly, and advocate for accessible, user-centered experiences across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a product or software team.
• Degree or certification in Product Design, UX or related field.
• Ability to run projects end to end independently.
• Prototype creation and high-quality mockups for clear interfaces.
• Strong communication of design concepts across the organization.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, user research, testing, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

We're on a mission to make it possible for each of our users to provide the best support to their customers via a remote device and be able to solve any problem in the most complex environments. As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and playan essential role in impacting our products at TeamViewer.

You are a fountain of ideas and a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts, designframeworks and have an innate product and UX/UI sense.You’re a passionate designer interested inlearning new things every day and sharing big ideas, but who can fully create a mock and grasp technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftmanship.You always search for the best design solution even if it means learning a new concept, uncovering new customer opportunities and use cases, and never forgetting that our design is user-centric - it's all about people.

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential and intuitive user experiences
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution
• Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries to drive your vision to the ship line
• Support our evolving design system intentionally as we scale
• Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality

Requirements

• A university, college degree or certification in Product Design, UX design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or any other related subject
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team
• Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility. Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans
