TeamViewer is seeking a seasoned Product Designer to join our Porto team. You will lead UX/UI design across product initiatives, balancing user needs with business goals, and collaborating with engineering, product and research teams to deliver polished, user-centric experiences.

You will create prototypes, run usability studies, and contribute to a scalable design system while thriving in a hybrid work environment with strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience in a product or software team.
• Ability to run projects end to end independently.
• Experience creating prototypes or detailed mockups for clear interfaces.
• Strong skills in communicating complex design concepts across org levels.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

At TeamViewer we’re on a mission to make it possible for each of our users to provide the best support to their customers via a remote device and be able to solve any problem in the most complex environments. As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at TeamViewer.

You are a fountain of ideas and a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts, design frameworks and have an innate product and UX/UI sense. You’re a passionate designer interested in learning new things every day and sharing big ideas, but who can fully create a mock and grasp technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftsmanship. You always search for the best design solution even if it means learning a new concept, uncovering new customer opportunities and use cases, and never forgetting that our design is user-centric - it’s all about people.

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential and intuitive user experiences.
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution.
• Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries to drive your vision to the ship line.
• Support our evolving design system intentionally as we scale.
• Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality.

Requirements

• A university, college degree or certification in Product Design, UX design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or any other related subject.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team.
• Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end.
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces.
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility. Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans
