Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Analyst in a fully remote role with a clear path toward Team Lead. You will support a global portfolio of platforms with deep product analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to influence product direction and monetization.

The role emphasizes ownership, mentoring, and measurable business impact across marketing and product metrics, with international teams and flexible time zones.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on product analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Deep understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, cohorts, and experimentation.
• Experience in A/B testing methodologies and statistical evaluation of product experiments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive analytical initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong interest in mentoring, leadership development, and progression toward a Team Lead role.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
• Availability to work within GMT+4 to GMT+10 time zones (9:00–18:00 alignment).
• Experience in marketplaces, subscription products, SaaS, gaming, dating, or social platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to building analytics frameworks, metric systems, or data governance practices is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product and marketing analytics, generating actionable insights and ownership of broader initiatives.
• Analyze product, marketing, and business performance to identify key KPI drivers and root causes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses across user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, and lifecycle metrics.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments including A/B tests and advanced statistical approaches.
• Measure the impact of initiatives on key business outcomes and growth metrics.
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to analytics infrastructure improvements and ensure metric reliability.
• Gradually take on cross-functional analytical initiatives and stakeholder coordination.
