One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Analyst, Chat in Anywhere.

In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing the customer support experience by leveraging data to optimize chat tools, self-service technologies, and AI-powered chatbots. You'll collaborate with teams across Product, Design, and Customer Experience to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend data-backed improvements. From designing A/B tests to creating dashboards, you'll deliver insights that directly shape how customers interact with support. If you're passionate about solving problems through data and want to help build smarter customer service, this is the role for you.

Accountabilities:

Provide end-to-end analytical support for product and business initiatives related to customer chat and support
Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to evaluate chat performance and new feature effectiveness
Monitor key metrics, propose improvements, and help build new KPIs to guide product development
Develop clear, insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to support decision-making
Contribute to planning scalable data structures for evolving product features
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven product enhancements

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
Proficient in data visualization tools, especially Tableau
Experience designing experiments and conducting A/B testing
Working knowledge of Python libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib) is a plus
Solid analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Detail-oriented and passionate about data accuracy and product quality
