Jobgether is seeking a Developer Community Specialist to help build and strengthen a global developer ecosystem. You will engage with developers across platforms, organize community initiatives, and bridge users with internal teams.

The role is fully remote with international scope and flexible hours. You will plan webinars, craft technical content, and gather feedback to inform product decisions, collaborating with Product, Eng, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years building or growing online communities.
• Hands-on experience with Discord, Reddit, or Discourse.
• Strong project ownership and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent written English for technical audiences.
• Interest in technology, AI, software development.

Responsabilidades

• Foster engagement across developer communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, forums.
• Plan and run community programs: webinars, office hours, workshops.
• Communicate product updates to keep members informed.
• Support developers with onboarding and best practices.
• Gather feedback and share actionable insights with teams.
• Monitor community health and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives.
• Organize regional meetups and events when required.
