Shore is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our data team in Lisbon. You will own BI projects end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights. Expect to design robust data models, build high-quality dashboards, and optimize performance across BI solutions.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and delivering business value through data-driven storytelling, with a focus on quality and reliability.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of BI, data analytics, or related experience.
• Strong Power BI experience (Desktop & Service) with end-to-end ownership.
• Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and data modelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
• Own BI projects from requirements gathering through delivery and deployment.
• Build and optimize data models, including star schemas, relationships, and measures.
• Develop advanced calculations using DAX.
• Perform data transformation and preparation using Power Query (M).
• Optimize report performance, scalability, and dataset efficiency.
• Apply data visualization best practices, including UX, storytelling, and usability principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across BI assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, data models, and refresh processes.
• Contribute to BI standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
