Siemens Energy Portugal seeks a Project Management Excellence Specialist to define how projects are managed, governed, and measured across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to project leads and senior stakeholders, driving continuous improvement for sustainable project success.

The role focuses on establishing and embedding framework, governance, and benefits realization, while ensuring transparency, risk management, and executive steering across the global portfolio.

Qualificações

• Minimum significant experience in project, portfolio, or transformation management.
• Proven track record establishing governance models and PMO capabilities.
• Strong governance, portfolio, risk, and benefits realization expertise.
• Experience in international, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach translating strategy into project structures with digital/d data/ AI background.

Responsabilidades

• Establishment and enhancement of a company-wide project management framework, standards, and governance
• Embedding value creation and strategic alignment across the portfolio
• Ensuring end-to-end portfolio transparency and strategic steering
• Structured project quality assurance, health checks, risk identification, and corrective actions
• Advisory, coaching, enablement of project leaders and senior management
• Strengthening PM capabilities through decision support and best-practice sharing
