Siemens Energy in Portugal is seeking a senior PMO and Business Improvement leader to drive operational excellence across Grid Technology Services Europe & Africa. You will establish and enhance project management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to enable consistent execution and scalable growth.

Qualificações

• University studies in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in project management or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management in international environments.
• Fluent English; willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and enhance project management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across GT SV Europe & Africa.
• Lead business process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Govern and enhance project management methodologies, tools, KPIs, and reporting processes.
• Analyze process non-conformities, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions with Quality teams.
• Support digital transformation and long-term growth through continuous improvement and automation.
