Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven experience in procurement project and change management.
• Experience in organizational, process, and project structure design.
• Extensive experience with modern project management tools, standards, and methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in global, cross-functional environments.
• Expertise in KPI-driven workflows, value management, transformation, and strategic process development.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio management and end-to-end coordination of digital procurement projects.
• Standardization and harmonization of project management frameworks, tools, methods, governance, and workflows.
• Project planning, controlling, status monitoring, risk assessment, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Development and implementation of innovative project management and rollout approaches.
• Stakeholder alignment, transformation workshops, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• KPI-based value management, process optimization, and continuous improvement of decision-making and governance.
