WinPower seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead Engineering & Construction initiatives across BESS, Substations, Grids, Renewables, and Green Setúbal. The role focuses on defining scope, planning tasks, and delivering high-quality results while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Strong English skills and willingness to travel are required.

The position offers growth into a more autonomous PM role under the leadership team, with emphasis on quality and policy adherence.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the energy sector preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identification of project goals and scope.
• Plan, schedule and document project tasks.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage project resources effectively.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
