Job summary

Smartcat is seeking a true DevOps/Infrastructure leader to manage and scale our DevOps and SRE teams across regions. You will ensure availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments while enforcing best SRE and DevOps practices.

You will drive CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployment strategies, partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver high-availability services globally.

Qualifications

• 3 years leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business.

Responsibilities

• Enforce CI/CD testing and reviews to eliminate release errors.
• Maintain 99.9% uptime for staging servers via robust CI/CD and staging infrastructure.
• Ensure 99.99% product availability with disaster recovery planning.
• Build and manage an engineering team across regions and time zones with coaching and career development.
