Bosch Aveiro is seeking a Plant Controller to act as a financial partner to plant management, ensuring transparent financial performance. You will analyze KPIs and coordinate key controlling processes with a hands-on approach.

The role focuses on plant performance, inventory management, cost analysis, and product costing, requiring strong Portuguese and English communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or comparable field.
• Solid experience in Plant Controlling or Manufacturing Finance, ideally at senior level.
• Strong knowledge of product costing, inventory valuation, production costs, and CAPEX analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for management and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for annual physical inventory.
• Structured, proactive, hands-on, results-oriented with high ownership.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Plant Performance: deliver the Plant Performance Report with key KPIs and insights.
• Stock & Inventory Management: manage KPIs, inventory system, and annual physical inventory.
• Investment Assessments: evaluate financial aspects of plant investments and CAPEX.
• Headcount & Personnel Costs: track direct headcount and labour costs by area.
• Production Costs: analyze costs, especially material costs, for transparency.
• Product Costing: develop and refine product costing for key plant products.
