Sweat Pants Agency in a fully remote setup seeks a hands-on Google Ads expert to own end-to-end DTC accounts. You will speak directly with clients, defend your strategies, and drive growth across Shopping, PMax, and YouTube with a data-driven approach.

Expect ownership of budgets from mid five figures, deep integration with GA4/GTM, and building landing pages and scripts to unlock performance. You’ll be trusted from day one and encouraged to ship fast and learn rapidly in a global team.

Qualificações

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend, including Shopping and PMax.
• Ability to present results, plans, and defend decisions to clients.
• English proficiency to a native or near-native level.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship and present results and plans.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; walk clients through Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate, manage Shopping and PMax.
• Know how PMax behaves and separate branded from incremental.
• Keep Google automation under control; audit auto features.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene and promotions.
• Own tracking with GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix across creative, offers, and pages.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting; leverage AI tools.
• Earn trust from day one with autonomy and rapid feedback.
