Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Mobile Network Optimization specialist in Évora, Portugal. You will analyze and optimize 2G/3G/4G/5G performance, drive action plans, and develop automated reports to support operations and customers.

You will collaborate with Planning, Operations and Customer teams, perform RCA, benchmarking, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives while benefiting from a hybrid work setup and diverse project exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mobile network optimization.
• Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G optimization.
• RAN performance management.
• KPI analysis.
• Capacity and coverage optimization.
• Customer experience analysis.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on with Nokia BiGOS, Nokia LiSEQ, Nokia OSS platforms.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform network performance analysis and optimization using Nokia BiGOS and LiSEQ tools.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve network KPIs across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
• Identify network performance issues and drive corrective optimization actions.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards to support operational and customer requirements.
• Perform trend analysis and root cause investigations.
• Support optimization benchmarking and customer experience improvement initiatives.
• Validate optimization recommendations through performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, and Customer teams to implement optimization actions.
• Generate regular performance reports and executive presentations.
• Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
