Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Mobile Network Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G optimization.
- Experience in multi-vendor environments is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with performance monitoring solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize network performance across 2G/3G/4G/5G.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards for operations and customers.
- Identify network issues and drive corrective optimization actions.
- Collaborate with Planning, Operations and Customer teams to implement actions.
- Validate optimization recommendations through KPI tracking.
- Support benchmarking and customer experience initiatives.
- Generate regular performance reports and executive presentations.
- Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement.
