Job summary

ENERCON GmbH is seeking an experienced Shipment Planner to shape international project logistics. You will prepare and coordinate ocean transports for national and international projects, aligning operations, project requirements, and internal interfaces for transparent, efficient shipment planning.

Remote work is available (>50% remote) in a dynamic, international environment. The role requires a commercial logistics background, several years in transport/logistics, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or degree in logistics or supply chain management.
• Several years of professional experience in transport logistics, project logistics, or ocean freight.
• Experience coordinating logistics projects with multiple internal interfaces.
• Structured, analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving.
• Good command of German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan ocean transports for national and international projects, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate schedule changes and adjust SAP SCM-based planning accordingly.
• Monitor and visualize shipment data using BI tools to support decision-making.
• Prepare packing lists and notify stakeholders of procurement needs.
• Collaborate with internal interfaces to streamline processes and data standardization.
