Job summary

ENERCON - Sweden is seeking an experienced Logistics Planner to shape international project shipping. You will coordinate complex ocean transports, connect operational logistics with project requirements, and ensure transparent, efficient shipment planning for national and international projects.

You will contribute to planning in SAP SCM, monitor schedules, and present shipment data using Power BI. The role requires strong communication across internal interfaces and international partners,

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or degree in logistics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in transport logistics, project logistics, ocean freight, or a coordinating role.
• Experience managing or implementing projects within logistics, including schedule, interface, and dependency management.
• Good understanding of operational logistics processes and ability to assess schedules, volumes, and dependencies.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP SCM, SAP R3, and Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan ocean transports for national and international projects, ensuring on-schedule deliveries and cost efficiency.
• Consolidate project requirements to optimize cargo volumes for ocean shipments.
• Review network plan requirements in SAP SCM and derive shipment planning needs.
• Monitor schedule changes and adjust system-based planning accordingly.
• Visualize shipment data for internal stakeholders using Power BI and other tools.
• Coordinate shipment volumes, material availability, and delivery strategies with internal interfaces.
