Nomadify is seeking a results-driven Ocean Freight Sales Coordinator to manage the full sales cycle, convert leads, and close deals with clients on a US-time schedule.

You will secure drivers and carriers by phone, collaborate with operations, dispatch and customer service, and conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor pricing trends. This is a full-time remote role with a US contract.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in ocean freight operations.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Experience in an international company is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Close deals with clients by managing the full sales cycle and converting leads into active accounts.
• Secure drivers/carriers by phone to match capacity with customer shipments and ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, customer service) to deliver seamless end-to-end service.
• Conduct market and logistics research to identify opportunities, monitor pricing trends, and support strategic decision-making.
