Voltalia is seeking an experienced O&M Contract Manager to oversee contractual and commercial aspects across a portfolio of projects in renewables worldwide. You will draft contracts and amendments, negotiate terms, manage variations, and maintain contract documentation.

The role requires a Master’s degree or Degree in Law or Engineering, minimum 5 years’ experience in construction/industrial contracts, and strong drafting skills.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or Degree in Law or Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Contract Manager in construction/engineer contracts.
• Experience with international construction/industrial projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of renewable energy sector and its regulation is a strong plus.
• Excellent drafting and writing skills; strong understanding of contract law.

Responsabilidades

• Draft contracts and amendments; improve contract templates.
• Identify and optimize contract commercial leverage.
• Prepare contract summaries for management.
• Analyse and negotiate supplier contracts; manage subcontracts.
• Set up and monitor contract management processes and KPIs.
• Inform the team on main contract risks and ensure compliance with laws.
