Inetum Portugal is seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer to join an enterprise environment with hands-on responsibilities in network operations and troubleshooting. Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise networking.
• Experience in operations, support, and troubleshooting within critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking (IPv4 and IPv6), DNS, and IP security protocols.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Experience with multi-site, distributed infrastructures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and operate a large-scale enterprise network distributed across multiple sites.
• Provide 2nd line technical support and contribute to Network Service Operations activities.
• Support network installations and migrations (WLAN, LAN, WAN).
• Execute configuration changes after approval or upon request.
• Apply patches and vendor-recommended fixes.
• Troubleshoot incidents identified through monitoring and management platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service continuity and performance.
