Hexa Group is seeking an experienced Network & Telecommunications Engineer to ensure the availability, performance and resilience of its networking and communications infrastructure.

In a business‑critical IT environment you will manage LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi, oversee VoIP and call‑recording solutions, and contribute to capacity planning and architecture improvements. This role is based in Lisbon and requires fluent English with strong Cisco tech knowledge.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networks, IT or related field.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in network administration or telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi and Cisco networking.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting; CCNA/CCNP valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimise LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure with high availability and security.
• Monitor network services, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues; analyse logs.
• Administer VoIP and call-recording solutions, including extensions and QoS.
• Contribute to network architecture improvements, capacity planning and expansion.
• Maintain network documentation and coordinate with vendors and operators for SLAs.
