We are looking for a Network Solutions Architect to support companies in designing, organizing, and optimizing complex technology systems, ensuring that all components — from business processes to technical infrastructure — work seamlessly together.

In this role, you will act as a technology architect: instead of designing buildings, you will design how software systems, networks, and services connect and communicate. You will serve as the bridge between business teams, who define requirements, and technical teams, who implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the architecture of telecommunications systems and digital platforms aligned with business needs.
• Assess, optimize, and improve existing systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Support and guide development and operations teams, ensuring best practices and corporate standards.
• Research emerging trends and technologies relevant to networks and telecom systems.
• Ensure that solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks.
• Serve as the technical reference point in projects involving OSS/BSS, RAN, Core Networks, and network services.

Required Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of telecommunications networks:
• RAN (4G, 5G, OpenRAN)
• Core Networks (EPC, 5GC, IMS, VoLTE)
• IP/MPLS and Transport Networks (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS)
• SDN/NFV, network slicing, and virtualized network functions
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems: Netcool, ServiceNow, Amdocs, Salesforce, or equivalents.
• Experience in software architecture and engineering, including microservices and automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python, ONAP, YANG).
• Cloud and virtualization knowledge: Kubernetes, OpenStack, VMware, CNF/VNF.
• Network security fundamentals: firewalls, Zero Trust, VPN, network segmentation.
• Monitoring and observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks: TM Forum (eTOM, SID, ODA), 3GPP, ETSI.
• Leadership skills and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and continuous learning in new and challenging contexts.
• Project management experience and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams is a plus.
