Jobgether, a partner company listed for this role, seeks a Senior .NET Developer (Fintech) based in Portugal. You will build robust fintech backend services, scalable microservices, and AI-assisted development workflows in a fully remote, international team.

You will own payment processing workflows, design resilient integrations, and ensure high-quality code with automated tests. The role emphasizes ownership, initiative, and clear communication in a product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial software development experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and AKS.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered development tools or agents.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain backend services supporting payment processing and back-office operations.
• Design and implement resilient integrations and asynchronous workflows.
• Build and optimize microservices for performance and reliability.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational practices.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and test coverage.
• Write clean code and develop automated tests.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
• Take ownership of deliverables and address defects proactively.
