The Role

Generative AI is no longer a side project at BindWorks — it’s central to how we help clients transform. We’re looking for an AI / Gen AI Engineer to design, implement, and operate production-grade AI solutions: from RAG pipelines and agentic workflows to intelligent automation and LLM integrations across enterprise systems.

You’ll be at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world delivery. If you’ve been building LLM-powered products and you know the difference between a great demo and a reliable production system — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

️ • Design and implement end-to-end solutions using LLMs, multimodal models, embeddings and RAG

️ • Build robust ingestion, indexing, retrieval and content generation pipelines

️ • Integrate AI models with APIs, enterprise systems and cloud platforms

️ • Implement evaluation, safety, robustness and performance frameworks for generative models

️ • Optimize prompt strategies, agentic workflows, guardrails and observability layers

️ • Contribute to internal AI tooling, reusable components and best practices

️ • Stay current with the fast-moving AI landscape and bring relevant innovations to the team

What We Need From You

️ • Solid Python skills and experience with backend services or data pipelines

️ • Practical, production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings and RAG

️ • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Haystack or equivalent

️ • Knowledge of vector databases: Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus or pgvector

️ • Experience with REST APIs, containerization and cloud platform integration

️ • Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI or open-source LLMs

️ • Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, observability, tracing and automated evaluation

️ • Experience building agentic architectures, tool calling and multi-step AI workflows

️ • Understanding of responsible AI, bias mitigation and safety practices
