Job summary

InteractiveAI seeks a Senior Growth Visual Designer to lead daily visual work across the company, shaping brand identity, cinematic content and performance creatives. You will drive high- craft visuals, collaborate with Growth and leadership, and elevate our design system for scalable impact.

The role combines hands-on design with AI-assisted production, delivering assets for landing pages, lead magnets, events, and paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in brand design, video production and growth or performance marketing.
• Portfolio includes brand identity work, cinematic video and performance creatives with results.
• Experience creating/rolling out a brand identity from concept to rollout.
• Strong video skills: directing, editing, colour grading, motion.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on with AI creative tools for image, video and voice in a professional workflow.
• Solid understanding of direct response: offers, hooks, social proof, testing frameworks.
• Experience designing physical materials for events and print production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, external suppliers and deadlines.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand identity and visual system development across the company.
• Produce cinematic brand films and product launch videos powered by AI.
• Create performance creatives for LinkedIn, Meta and other paid channels.
• Design landing pages and run A/B tests to optimise conversions.
• Develop lead magnets and website visuals for our verticals.
• Design event booths, decks, and sales enablement materials.
