You should have mobile gaming experience, strong data analysis, and the ability to lead teams and present insights to executives. This role focuses on performance, monetization, and delivering engaging player experiences in a fast-paced studio environment.

We're looking for a to join our growing Product Management team here in our Lisbon Studio.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the game(s) you manage, making sure that the overall user experience is flawless and owning its business results.

To do this you will:

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including game designers, engineers, artists, UX/UI, and data analysts, to craft product requirements and defining the product roadmap
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle for mobile games with complex economies and feature areas
• Write feature specifications and defining in‑game flows, working closely with the studio game designers
• Own the business goals for your products, taking decisions to meet the market and company’s needs
• Monitor game and market status to constantly question assumptions and make adjustments to systems and campaigns

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Mobile gaming experience (ideally F2P commercially successful games)
• Ability to create product specifications and reports on data analysis
• Excellent understanding of game analytics, experience with statistics and business analysis
• Exceptional understanding of the mobile market
• Ability to lead a team, providing guidance and direction, setting measurable goals and valuable input
• Outstanding ability to present detailed analysis and work to executive and game teams
