Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Game Designer based in Portugal to create and implement engaging content and complex gameplay systems for a live mobile title. You will shape characters, progression, events, and combat mechanics from concept through data-driven implementation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable game or content design experience for live mobile or F2P games.
• Strong understanding of game systems, balance, and player motivation.
• Hands-on Unity experience and data-driven design approach.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own design of complex features and content from concept to data implementation.
• Architect gameplay systems that support engagement and long-term retention.
• Analyze and refine game economy, loops, and combat meta.
• Use player data and feedback to guide iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with art, engineering, and production to maintain release cadence.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders using data and insights.
