Voodoo in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Game Designer for Mob Control to own the design and execution of new features and game improvements, and to collaborate with a Product Director to shape the strategy and roadmap for the unit.

You will design core loops, balance and monetization, work with product managers, engineers and artists to ship features, analyze KPIs to boost retention and IAP, and help guide the midcore game's vision.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in mobile midcore games (strategy, 4X, or similar).
• Proven track record in gameplay design, balancing, and meta feature design.
• Strong communication skills with clear, simple design documentation.
• Ability to absorb feedback and apply it with flexibility and no ego.
• Skilled at explaining complex systems and guiding design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Design features and systems to drive engagement, social dynamics, and monetization.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and artists to ship features from concept to live release.
