Miniclip is seeking a Senior Game Designer to evaluate, guide, and enhance mobile games developed by external studios. In this role, you will support game design processes from ideation to launch, ensuring high standards of player experience and retention.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in game design within the free-to-play mobile sector and a strong grasp of mobile game mechanics and player analytics. This position is based in Lisboa, Portugal.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience as a Game Designer, preferably in free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong understanding of mobile game design principles.
• Ability to balance player experience and commercial potential.

Responsabilidades

• Support external studios in shaping mobile game concepts.
• Review and validate game concepts against quality expectations.
• Provide actionable design feedback on gameplay and monetization.
