Swiss Post IT Campus in Portugal is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to join the Data & AI Engineering platform team. You will contribute to the design, own implementation, and collaborate with internal teams that rely on the platform’s components.

You will build reusable platform components, GenAI-specific modules, and CI/CD for ML workloads, while guiding internal teams on adoption and best practices. A hybrid work model is offered with one mandatory office day per week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of proven AI experience.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and end-to-end ownership.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Databricks).
• Infrastructure-as-code experience; Terraform exposure is a plus.
• Experience building ML workflows end-to-end: training, tracking, deployment.
• Deploying and maintaining AI solutions in Kubernetes (EKS).
• Familiarity with ML tooling (MLflow, SageMaker Pipelines, Kubeflow).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain reusable platform components: Terraform modules, deployment blueprints, and abstractions for internal ML/GenAI teams.
• GenAI-specific components: LLM access and routing, agent lifecycle and tooling integrations, guardrails.
• CI/CD for ML and GenAI workloads.
• Support internal teams in adopting platform components: documentation and hands-on guidance.
