Grupo CME is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical installations for a major Data Centre project in Portugal. The role is site-based and focuses on coordinating HVAC, chilled water, pipework and plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with project specs and milestones.

The successful candidate will demonstrate 5+ years in similar roles, strong reading of technical drawings, and a proactive approach to safety and quality in complex environments such as

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in construction, MEP, industrial, or data centre projects.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, chilled water, pipework, ventilation, plant equipment).
• Experience supervising installations through all construction phases: installation, testing, commissioning support, handover.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in health and safety for mechanical activities on site.
• Coordinate mechanical works per specifications, docs and project objectives.
• Verify installation quality via inspections, reviews and close-out activities.
• Manage mechanical interfaces and construction priorities for integrated delivery.
• Plan proactively to drive readiness and installation efficiency.
• Ensure materials, plant and equipment meet quality and certification requirements.
