A leading data centre delivery company is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor in Lisbon, Portugal. The right candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience and strong knowledge of mechanical systems in a data centre environment. Responsibilities include planning project works, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects across Europe, in a mid-senior level role. EU passport holders only.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a mechanical supervisor capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Understand design specs, drawings, and quality requirements to plan project scope.
• Attend planning meetings and provide updates on your package.
• Develop a detailed schedule in coordination with project controls.
• Develop BIM drawings and coordinate with construction requirements.
• Supervise subcontractor works and ensure labor requirements are met.
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients to resolve issues daily.
• Ensure works conform to project specifications and safety requirements.

Conhecimentos

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain good customer relationships

Knowledge of mechanical systems in a data centre
