A Keenfinity Group está à procura de um Engenheiro de Processos Mecânicos para liderar o desenvolvimento e a melhoria dos processos de fabricação. Será esperado trabalhar com CAD/CAM, pneumática e técnicas de automação, assegurando qualidade e segurança no produto final.

O candidato ideal possui mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica/Mecatrónica, mais de 7 anos de experiência, e familiaridade com CREO, LEAN e resolução de problemas.

Qualificações

• Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica/Mecatrónica.
• Experiência de 7+ anos em funções similares.
• Conhecimento de processos de fabricação (montagem/eletrônica).
• Conhecimento de pneumática e automação.
• Conhecimento em Lean manufacturing.
• Experiência em desenho mecânico (CREO).
• Conhecimento de resolução de problemas (8D, 5Why).
• Conhecimento de segurança de máquinas.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver o processo mecânico de fabricação e automatizar recursos.
• Colaborar com as partes interessadas para definir requisitos.
• Definir e implementar a automação de processos de produção.
• Assegurar que o sistema atende a requisitos de qualidade, confiabilidade e segurança.
• Atuar em parceria com centros de I&D globalmente.
• Integrar-se em uma equipe de projeto multidisciplinar.

Job Description

Your responsibilities as Mechanical Process Engineer will be:

• Mechanical Engineer;
• Machine Building Experience;
• CAD/ProE/CREO developer;
• Knowledge of pneumatics systems;
• Knowledge of different manufacturing principles for different materials, e.g. plastics, sheet metal, stainless steel, die casting;
• Knowledge of materials (plastic, aluminium, stainless steel, sheet metal);
• Assist on the development of the mechanical manufacturing process;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements;
• Definition and implementation of the automation of production processes;
• Responsible for the interface between operator and system/machine;
• Ensure that the System meets all requirements of quality, reliability and safety by developing safety interfaces;
• You will work in close partnership with R&D centers from different locations around the world;
• You will be a member of a multidisciplinary project team;

• +7 years of experience in similar roles;
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferably assembly and electronic industry);
• Knowledge of pneumatics and automation;
• Knowledge in Lean manufactering;
• Experience in mechanical design (preferably software CREO);
• Knowledge of problem solving (8D, 5Why's, etc);
• Knowledge in machine safety;
• Responsibility and resilience.

Salário anual bruto 29 000€ - 32 400 € (depende da experiência) + equidade
