OutSystems is seeking a Backend Lead Software Engineer based in Portugal to join the Analytics Services team, focusing on scalable, high-performance backend services. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and deliver features using best-practice standards.

This role requires 8+ years in software development, proficiency in C# .NET, Java and Go, and experience with AWS/Azure, Docker and Kubernetes. Fluency in English and availability for 24x7 on-call rotation are essential.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architect role.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable, reliable backend systems.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and OOD.
• Coding skills in C# .NET, Java and Go.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Knowledge of cloud systems (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Availability to be part of the 24x7 on-call rotation.
