Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking a Senior KYC Analyst to lead due diligence on Corporate and Investment Banking clients and to contribute to quality control and process improvement.

Based in Porto with a hybrid work model, the role blends regulatory compliance with team development, KPI management and training delivery through the KYC Academy.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in KYC, Customer Due Diligence, AML or Client Onboarding.
• Experience analysing Corporate and Investment Banking clients is highly valued.
• Ability to independently manage low-, medium- and high-risk KYC files.
• Strong knowledge of KYC processes and risk-based approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Perform due diligence reviews on Corporate and Investment Banking clients across low-, medium- and high-risk files.
• Analyse customer documentation and ensure that KYC files comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on files covering different risk levels, customer types and degrees of complexity.
• Autonomously prepare clear and comprehensive KYC memoranda, when applicable.
• Attend and actively contribute to meetings with Compliance, Business, IT, project teams and platform managers.
• Plan and deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions in collaboration with the KYC Academy.
• Contribute to the improvement of individual and team KPIs, including quality, productivity and processing times.
• Act as a backup for the Team Leader by allocating files, tracking activities and supporting the coordination of the team.
• Perform process gap analyses, identify operational risks and prepare standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Suggest and implement new ways of working, contributing to process improvement and innovation.

We are looking for a Senior KYC Analyst

As part of a KYC team within the Corporate and Investment Banking environment, you will perform due diligence on clients with different risk levels while contributing to quality control, team development and continuous process improvement.

• Perform due diligence reviews on Corporate and Investment Banking clients across low-, medium- and high-risk files.

• Experience analysing Corporate and Investment Banking clients is highly valued.
• Ability to independently manage low-, medium- and high-risk KYC files.
• Experience performing quality checks on complex customer files.
• Strong knowledge of KYC processes, due diligence requirements and risk-based approaches.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate and well-structured KYC memoranda.
• Experience supporting team coordination, work allocation or operational tracking is valued.
• Ability to prepare procedures, operational dashboards and process analyses.
• Strong attention to detail, with a genuine interest in data accuracy and data processing.
• Excellent adaptability, curiosity and team spirit.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging or conflicting situations.
• Confident communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to deliver training and support the development of junior team members.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto.
• This role offers a gross annual salary between €24.500 and €47.500, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
