The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of software development experience and 2 years as an IT Team Lead, with strong skills in Java Core and C#. This position offers a hybrid work setup requiring 2 days on-site each week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience as an IT Team Lead.
• Strong expertise in Java Core, including multithreading and optimization.
• Practical experience with C#.
• Previous experience in front-office environments.
• Experience with migration and refactoring projects.
• Good knowledge of FX products.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the analysis, development, and delivery of new features.
• Contribute hands‑on to Java and C# development.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems in a high‑availability environment.
• Support migration and refactoring initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with traders and support teams.
• Balance planned development work with urgent production support.
