This role involves developing and enhancing a mission-critical Position & Trade Booking Platform in the FX eTrading environment. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in enterprise software development, with a strong mastery of Java Core and practical knowledge of C#. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong background in electronic trading platforms or high-load distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance the Position & Trade Booking Platform for FX eTrading.
• Lead developers, offering guidance through mentoring and code reviews.
• Participate in the Agile lifecycle, including testing and documentation.
