Meritis is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our e-Trading team. You will design and implement robust Java applications for E-Trading systems across Equities, Rates and Credit, FX and Equity Derivatives spaces.

You will collaborate with trading and operations teams, mentor junior developers, and stay current with Java technologies to improve performance and reliability. This role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration, and delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in Java development.
• Very good hands-on experience with Java (11+), including concurrency and performance tuning.
• Experience with unit testing and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and implementing robust and scalable Java applications for e-Trading systems.
• Collaborating with trading and operations teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends in e-Trading.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and bugs.
• Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
