Job summary

Decskill is expanding its teams in Lisbon, offering an opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to design, build, and maintain server-side components for the Credit eTrading platform. You will work on OMS, market connectivity, and features for bond quoting and RFQ workflows, collaborating closely with Front Office traders and the Production Support team.

The role requires Java 17+ expertise, 5+ years of experience, and a strong background in high-performance, secure server-side applications

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java 17+ and object-oriented design.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with eTrading/credit domain and market connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side components for the Credit eTrading platform.
• Develop and maintain the Credit eTrading OMS and market connectivity layers.
• Implement features for bond quoting, auto-negotiation, RFQ workflows, and market connectivity.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and testable Java applications.
• Collaborate with Front Office traders and Production Support for releases and maintenance.
