Mindera is seeking a seasoned Java Developer to join our Porto team. You will define and deliver iterative solutions with a focus on scalable, maintainable software and world-class user interactions. You’ll mentor engineers, own code end-to-end, and help drive the architectural direction across projects.

We value lean, self-organising teams, and transparent AI use. Expect involvement in diverse projects, competitive compensation, and opportunities to travel 0-15% depending on client needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of Java experience (Java 17/21).
• Hands-on with Spring or Micronaut frameworks.
• Experience designing Microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong observability and monitoring knowledge.
• Proficient with Gradle build tooling.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, TDD/BDD.
• Cloud experience: Azure, Terraform; Docker & Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Jenkins; agile methods.
• Fluent English; must be based in Portugal.
