Mindera is looking for a Java Fullstack Developer in Portugal to join a collaborative, lean, and self-organising team. You’ll mentor peers, own code end-to-end, and drive practical solutions that balance innovation with reliability.

The role requires strong Java/Kotlin and TypeScript skills, React/Next.js experience, and cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS). Remote from Portugal is an option, with 0–15% travel. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years in Java/Kotlin, Typescript, and frontend/backend integration.
• Strong experience with React/Next.js and web frameworks (Spring/Micronaut).
• Knowledge of microservices, API protocols (REST/GraphQL) and API management.
• Fluency in English and Portugal residency.

Responsabilidades

• Be involved in all delivery areas with the gravitas to mentor and inspire.
• Own code from development to deployment and maintenance.
• Diagnose production issues and devise solutions.
• Shape technical roadmaps and adopt new technologies.
• Conduct technical interviews in your area of expertise.
