Mindera is seeking an experienced Java Developer in Portugal to define and deliver iterative, high-quality software solutions. You will mentor teams, own code end-to-end, and push for robust, observable systems while embracing AI-assisted coding. Expect travel 0-15% depending on project needs.

You’ll work across architectures, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and shape our technical roadmap while maintaining a lean, self-organising culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Java (latest versions 17 & 21)
• Experience with Spring (boot, cloud, data flow) or Micronaut
• Knowledge of Microservices, REST/GraphQL Federation
• Observability skills: OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace or similar
• Gradle proficiency
• Unit and integration testing, TDD/BDD
• Azure Cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL
• JIRA/Confluence/Jenkins/NexusPro or similar
• Agile practices: Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD, Pair Programming
• Fluent English; Portugal residency is mandatory
• Nice-to-have: Kotlin; experience with PIM/MDM a plus

• Lead technical interviews within your area of expertise
